Shipping & Returns


The average delivery time is 8 to 10 business days Monday to Friday. Be advised that signatures are not required for deliveries, therefore if no one is available to accept the delivery at the shipping address you provided, it will be left at the door. We are not responsible for missing, lost, or stolen packages.

Please track your package, note the delivery date, and be present at your shipping address to accept your package. Extra freight charges will be incurred if your order is undeliverable and returned to our warehouse.

You are responsible for providing us with the proper shipping address. Shipment re-routing is prohibited, and such shipments will be returned to our warehouse. You will be credited the amount for the goods, minus the actual freight charge incurred.

Fortitude Health ships within Canada only. We do not ship to Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, or P.O. Boxes.


Products can be returned within 15 days of the original purchase of the product. To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
  • The product was purchased within the last 15 days.
  • The product is unopened, in its original packaging, and the lid seal has not been broken.
  • You have the receipt, order confirmation or proof of purchase from
Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return. If you qualify for a return, we will provide the return shipping address to you at that time.

We are unable to accept returns of products purchased made from third party retailers.
